1. Digital Photo Services Refund Policy

Full Refund Conditions (100%):

• AI-generated photos do not meet specified requirements or official standards
• Service not delivered within 24 hours of order placement
• Duplicate order (if reported within 2 hours of purchase)
• Service unavailable due to technical issues on our end
• Order cancelled before processing begins

Partial Refund Conditions (50%):

• Service delivered but requires significant revisions
• Cancellation after processing begins but before delivery
• When full refund conditions are not met but service delivery was substantially deficient
• Customer dissatisfaction with reasonable grounds after delivery

No Refund Conditions:

• Refund requested after 7 days of purchase
• Customer provided incorrect information for photo requirements
• Service has been fully delivered as per specifications and customer has downloaded or used the photos
• Violation of our terms of service

2. Print Services Refund Policy

For print services, customers must retain proof of purchase and shipping documentation for any refund claims. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
